At a large firm you would spend three years on one section of one audit. Here you will see the whole engagement, meet the client, and be the person who explains the finding.
That is a real trade. You will carry more responsibility sooner, across a wider range of work than a narrow seat elsewhere would give you, and the partner reviewing it will know your name and your work.

What we look for
We hire for judgment rather than for a slot. Three things matter.
You read the whole file.
The problem is rarely where the client says it is.
You can explain it.
A finding nobody understands has not been delivered. Much of this work is explaining a number to someone who does not want to hear it.
You say when you are unsure.
In audit, a confident wrong answer is the expensive kind. We would rather hear the doubt early.
Graduates
We take a small number of graduates each year from Egyptian universities, principally in accounting, economics and business. You will be on live client work within your first month, supervised closely.
